摘要: 分析了用后镁碳砖回收料加入量对再生镁碳砖抗渣侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着回收料加入量的增加,再生镁碳砖的常温耐压强度、体积密度减小,显气孔率增大。通过加入抗氧化剂对比分析得知:加入抗氧化剂的同时加入用后镁碳砖回收料5%的再生镁碳砖抗渣侵蚀性能最优。

Abstract:

The effect of the amount of recycled material on slag erosion resistance of recycled magnesia-carbon brick was analyzed in this paper.The results show that the compressive strength,bulk density and porosity of regenerated magnesia-carbon brick decrease with the increase of the amount of recycled material.The anti-erosion performance of regenerated magnesia-carbon brick with 5% recycled material after adding antioxidant was the best.
