摘要:

目前我国高炉出铁沟用耐火材料以Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料为主。本文综述了改变Al2O3来源、替换碳源、硅溶胶结合剂替换铝酸盐水泥和添加不同添加剂制备新型Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的研究进展,针对目前Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料发展提出了几点建议。

Abstract:

At present,the refractory materials which used in the blast furnace tapping trenches in China are mainly Al2O3-SiC-C castables.This paper reviewed the current research progress of domestic scholars to prepare new Al2O3-SiC-C castables by changing Al2O3 source,replacing carbon source,silica sol binder to replace aluminate cement and adding different additives.Finally,some suggestions for the development of Al2O3-SiC-C castables are proposed.
