摘要：

某钢管厂加热炉在生产过程中炉顶出现大面积发红冒火现象，特别是纵向和横向膨胀缝处居多，个别锚固砖周围也有发红冒火现象。上述现象均热段炉顶尤为严重，对加热炉安全运行、正常生产造成严重影响。文中对加热炉炉顶发红冒火情况进行了研究分析，找出了产生原因，并制定了相应的整改预防措施，取得了良好效果。

Abstract:

In steel pipe factory,there is the appearance of a large area of flame on the roof of heating furnace during production,mostly in the longitudinal and horizontal expansion joints,and individually around some anchor bricks.The above phenomenon is particularly serious in the soaking zone of the furnace roof,which can bring about serious impact on the safe operation and normal production.This paper studies and analyzes the flame of the heating furnace roof,finds the causes and formulates the corrective and preventive measures,and obtains good results.
