摘要:

通过改进RH炉浸渍管结构参数,改变浸渍管内部耐材衬厚度从而增大下降管、上升管内径,提高钢液循环流量,缩短RH炉处理时间,提高RH炉精炼效率,降低生产及维护成本。

Abstract:

By improving the structure parameters of immersion tube in RH furnace and changing the thickness of refractory lining inside the immersion tube to increase the inner diameters of downcomer and uptake,the circulation flux of molten steel is increased,the treatment time of RH furnace is shortened,the refining efficiency of RH furnace is increased,and the production and maintenance costs are reduced.
