摘要: 粉煤灰作为一种大宗煤基固体废弃物,其高效利用受到广泛关注。本文综述了利用粉煤灰制备Sialon基和SiC基非氧化物复合微粉、Sialon基和莫来石基致密陶瓷、SiC基非氧化物多孔陶瓷、莫来石和堇青石氧化物多孔陶瓷、沸石分子筛、微晶玻璃及铝基和硅基化工原料等高附加值材料的新进展,并对其高效利用发展前景提出几点建议。

Abstract:

As a large-scale coal-based solid waste,fly ash has received extensive attention for its efficient material utilization.The research progress of using fly ash to prepare high-value materials such as Sialon-based or SiC-based non-oxide composite fine powder,Sialon-based or mullite-based dense ceramics,SiC-based non-oxide porous ceramics,mullite or cordierite oxide porous ceramics,zeolite molecular sieve,glass-ceramics,aluminum-based or silicon-based chemical raw materials is reviewed in this paper,some suggestions for efficient utilization and development of fly ash are put forward.
