摘要: 辐射换热是石灰回转窑烟气与石灰最主要的换热形式。通过对石灰换热理论研究,分析了影响石灰回转窑辐射能力的主要因素,在此基础上研究了提高低热值煤气换热能力的关键因素,并在石灰回转窑工艺系统上进行了改进。经过分析计算,改进后工艺系统辐射换热能力可大大提高,能够满足石灰生产的需要。

Abstract:

Radiation heat transfer is the most important heat transfer form between flue gas and lime in lime rotary kiln.Based on the theoretical study of heat exchange of lime, the main factors affecting the radiation capacity of lime rotary kiln are analyzed.On this basis,the key factors to improve the heat exchange capacity of low calorific value gas are studied,and the process system of lime rotary kiln is improved.After analysis and calculation,the radiation heat transfer capacity of the improved process system is greatly improved,which can meet the needs of lime production.
