采用X射线衍射法分析耐火材料中非晶相含量

摘要:

用X射线衍射法对耐火材料中的非晶相含量进行了定量分析。采用内标法分析黏土砖中的非晶相含量,硅质砖中的非晶相则采用外标法进行定量分析。通过洛阳耐火材料研究院、布鲁克(北京)公司及本公司实验室分别对黏土砖、硅质砖中的非晶相含量进行了分析比对。结果表明: 黏土砖、硅质砖中非晶相含量分析结果高度一致,达到满意预期目标。

Abstract:

The content of amorphous phase in refractories was quantitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The fireclay brick was analyzed by internal standard,and the silica brick was quantitatively analyzed by external standard.Through the comparison of the test results from Sinosteel Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research Co.,Ltd., Bruker (Beijing) and our laboratory,it is found that the amorphous phase content in fireclay brick and silica brick were satisfactory and achieve the expected goal.
