摘要：

为解决首钢京唐公司二期投产的碱性球团生产线及烟气脱硫对石灰的需求，需配套建设63 万t/a的石灰窑。根据设计基本条件进行分析，确定了建设3座使用高炉煤气的600 t/d TGS中心烧嘴窑，经过10个月的建设，3座窑交付使用。从投产后情况来看，产量、质量、消耗和污染物排放等指标均达到了设计要求，满足了二期投产的生产线对石灰的需求。

Abstract:

In order to meet the demand of alkaline pellet production line and flue gas desulfurization for lime,it is necessary to build a line kiln with output of 630 000 tons per year.Based on the basic design conditions,three central burner kilns with output of 600 tons per day using blast furnace gas were built.After ten months of construction,three kilns were delivered for use.According to production situation,the output,quality,consumption,pollutant discharge and other indicators can meet the design requirements and the demands of lime for the production line.
