摘要:

通过对温度变化、膨胀压力、推焦阻力等因素如何影响炉墙稳定性进行分析,提出在焦炉生产过程中提高炉墙稳定性的措施。通过科学管理和规范操作,可降低对焦炉炉墙砌体的损坏,从而提高焦炉的工作效率及延长焦炉的使用寿命。

Abstract:

In this paper,the effects of the variation in temperature,expansion pressure and pushing resistance are analyzed,and how to avoid the damage to the heating wall in production is put forward.Through management and operation in scientific and standardized way,the damage to the heating wall is minimized to the extent of improving the working efficiency of coke oven and extending its service life.
