堇青石陶瓷晶体结构及其致密化研究新进展

摘要: 堇青石(Mg2Al4Si5O18)陶瓷具有优异的力学性能、低介电常数和低热膨胀系数等优点,被广泛应用于结构陶瓷、催化剂载体、蜂窝陶瓷、电子材料等领域。近年来,研究者在堇青石陶瓷晶体结构及提高致密度两方面取得了显著进展。本文综述了堇青石陶瓷研究现状,包括堇青石陶瓷的晶体结构及其致密化。在此基础上,指出了堇青石陶瓷在制备及应用过程中存在的问题,并展望了致密堇青石陶瓷的发展趋势。

Abstract:

Cordierite (Mg2Al4Si5O18) ceramics are widely used in the fields of structural ceramics, catalyst carriers,honeycomb ceramics and electronic materials owing to its excellent mechanical properties,low dielectric constant and low thermal expansion coefficient.In recent years,researchers have made significant progress in cordierite crystal structure and improving the density.In this paper,state-of-the-art research status of cordierite ceramics are reviewed including the crystal structure and densification of cordierite ceramics.On this basis,the issues in the preparation and application of cordierite ceramics are pointed out and the development trend of dense cordierite ceramics is prospected.
