高熵陶瓷国内外研究进展

摘要: 近年来高熵合金发展出许多体系,有些已经进行应用。高熵陶瓷是继高熵合金后高熵概念的又一重要突破,目前已得到稳步发展。高熵陶瓷通常是指由5种或以上陶瓷组元形成的多主元固溶体,具有优异的力学、热学、电学、磁学等性能,应用前景广阔。本文对国内外高熵陶瓷各体系的发展情况进行了阐述,并对未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:

In recent years,high-entropy alloys have developed many systems,and some of them have been applied.High-entropy ceramics is another important breakthrough of high-entropy concept after high-entropy alloy,it has developed steadily.High-entropy ceramics usually refer to multi-principal components solid solution formed by five or more ceramic components,and perform excellent mechanical,thermal,electrical and magnetic properties,which is of great application value.This review described the high-entropy ceramics research progress at home and abroad,and look forward to the future development.
